Dan Nickander Retires From SEEMAC, Inc.

Dan Dan Nickander, Executive Vice-President of SEEMAC, Inc., will be retiring at the end of December 2024.  Nickander has served as Executive Vice-President since 2006, when Nickander Associates, where he served as President, merged with SEEMAC.  Nickander has worn many hats at SEEMAC, as he managed key supplier and customer relationships, other field sales managers, and his own set of accounts.  He also served as an officer of the company and on SEEMAC’s Board of Directors.

“Dan’s contributions to SEEMAC have been significant and are much appreciated by all of us in the company,” stated Elliott Savage, Executive Chairman.  “He has been a valued and respected leader in our company for the past 18 years and at Nickander Associates for many years before that.”

“I have been fulfilled and challenged in my work at SEEMAC,” stated Nickander.  “Working with customers and suppliers to help them grow their businesses while at the same time growing ours has been extremely rewarding. With a new President, Frank Goecke, at the helm and such knowledgeable leadership still in place along with a great team across the board, I am confident SEEMAC is well positioned for ongoing growth in the future.”

Since Austin Munn joined SEEMAC earlier this year, Nickander has been training him to take over many of the accounts that he has been servicing to provide a smooth transition as he retires.

“After his retirement, Dan will continue to serve on the SEEMAC Board of Directors,” concluded Savage.  “In this way, we will continue to benefit from Dan’s experience and knowledge and have access to his wisdom for years to come.”
